The job was a complete refurbishment of the existing shower room and although the quotation was the highest submitted met all requirements including the work being completed by the owner Dominic. His planning and organisation was faultless and the job was finished on time (3 weeks) with care and consideration for the homeowners. Sands and Vossen turned up at short notice and carried out modifications to our bathroom and also fitted a new tap to our kitchen sink. The engineer was polite and courteous and carried out the work in a professional manner. Would strongly recommend to anybody requiring alterations to a bathroom or a new bathroom fitted.

Our bathroom replacement involved a lot of work, which began with Dominic removing our loft access which was in our bathroom, and relocating it to our landing. This involved installing the new loft access and ladder, and covering the existing hole left in the bathroom. To enable us to to have a free standing bath and separate walk in shower in the limited space available, Dominic removed part of an existing wall and fitted a lintel to expertly achieve what we wanted. His tiling skills are to an extremely neat and high standard, as is his overall fitting. We would definitely recommend him!

My elderly father's bathroom was completely redone to make it fit for purpose. A new shower, toilet and sink were installed as well as newly tiled walls and a new vinyl floor. All the work was completed to a very high standard. Meticulous care was taken to ensure that the bathroom fittings suited my father, and the overall finish was very impressive with great attention to detail. The tradesman was always neat and tidy, clearing up any mess at the end of every day. He was also extremely courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
